1. What payments do you accept?

For now, we only accept Paypal, Alipay, WMZ, PerfectMoney payments.

3. Can I test a proxy before purchasing?

We cannot provide free proxies for testing due to abuse. You can buy and see how it works for your purpose. If you decide it isn’t suited for your needs you can request a full refund within 2 days.

4. How do I request for cancellation?

For cancellation request, please submit a ticket to support, indicate your account details and reason for cancellation.

5. Can i use your proxies for Social media website like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Vine, Tumblr?

Yes our proxies work great with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, VINE, Tumblr and any social media websites.

6. Can I switch my proxies?

You can request for new proxies 1-2 times a month, when renewal is paid. No automatic request. Please submit a ticket to support for every request.

7. My account was suspended, but I paid my invoice.

Your account could be suspended because your payment was late. Please contact support for reactivation and adjustment of your next due date.

8. What are your available locations? Can I choose specific location?

We have number of locations both in US and Europe. Should you need a specific location, please submit a ticket to support and we will check whether we have proxies available near that location.

9. What is your connection limit?

There is no specific restrictions on how many simultaneous connection you can use.

10. Can I use your proxies for mailing?

Yes we allow webmailing using yahoo, hotmail, gmail, aol etc. However SMTP is blocked with our proxies.
